To help a distressed, lonely African grey parrot, you can provide it with plenty of mental stimulation and social interaction. Spend time talking to and interacting with the parrot, as they are highly intelligent and social creatures. Offer toys, puzzles, and activities to keep the parrot engaged and entertained. Additionally, consider getting another parrot as a companion, as African greys thrive in the company of their own kind. Lastly, ensure the parrot has a comfortable and enriching environment with plenty of space to move around and explore. **

Distressed jeans are a style of denim that has been intentionally altered to appear worn, torn, or faded. This distressed look is achieved through various techniques such as sanding, ripping, or bleaching the fabric. The purpose of distressing jeans is to give them a more casual, rugged, and vintage appearance. These jeans are popular for their edgy and laid-back aesthetic. **

I recommend "The Devil is a Part-Timer!" It's a unique blend of comedy, romance, drama, fantasy, and action. The story follows the Devil King who is forced to work at a fast-food restaurant in modern-day Tokyo after being transported from his fantasy world. The show has a great mix of humor, romance, and action, with a touch of fantasy elements. It's a fun and entertaining anime that offers a little bit of everything. **

No, not all girls are mentally distressed. Mental distress can affect anyone regardless of gender, but it is not a universal experience for all girls. Mental health is a complex and individualized issue, and it is important to recognize that each person's experience is unique. It is important to provide support and resources for those who are struggling with mental health challenges, but it is not accurate to assume that all girls are mentally distressed. **

The cats are completely distressed because their owner has been away for an extended period of time. Cats are creatures of routine and can become anxious and distressed when their environment or routine is disrupted. Additionally, cats are very attached to their owners and can experience separation anxiety when they are away for too long. The distress may also be exacerbated by changes in their environment or lack of familiar stimuli. **

Some of my favorite horror-thriller-drama movies include "The Silence of the Lambs," "Se7en," and "Black Swan." These films have a perfect blend of suspense, psychological depth, and captivating storytelling that keeps me on the edge of my seat. The complex characters, intense atmosphere, and unexpected twists in these movies make them stand out as some of the best in the genre. **
